All hotel rooms, services and arrangements are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
The itinerary is planned based on normal operating conditions. The sequence of sightseeing may be changed due to weather, traffic, road conditions, local restrictions, operational requirements or other unavoidable circumstances.
Hotels mentioned in the package are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, an alternate hotel of a similar category will be offered, subject to applicable price differences.
The vehicle provided will be strictly as per the itinerary and agreed service schedule. Any additional sightseeing, extra usage, waiting time or deviation from the confirmed itinerary may attract additional charges.
AC may not operate in vehicles while travelling through hilly areas or where restricted by local regulations.
At destinations where local/union vehicles are mandatory, the guest may be required to use locally authorized vehicles. Such charges will be payable directly unless specifically mentioned under Package Inclusions.
Sightseeing and activities are subject to local operating conditions, weather, government regulations, opening days/timings and availability.
Any sightseeing or service missed due to late arrival, flight/train delays, weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, natural calamities or circumstances beyond our control will be subject to the respective supplier's/local operator's policy.
Hotel room categories, views, floors, adjoining rooms and specific room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Guests are requested to carry valid government-issued photo identification and all necessary travel documents throughout the journey.
Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles or other service-provider property by the guest will be payable directly by the guest.
Package rates are based on the services, travel dates and number of guests specified in the quotation. Any change in dates, number of guests, accommodation, transportation or itinerary may result in a revised package cost.
Any increase in government taxes, entry fees, fuel surcharges or other statutory charges after confirmation may be applicable as per actuals.
Cancellation, amendment and refund requests will be governed by the applicable hotel, airline, transport, activity, supplier and NXT TRAVZO PVT LTD policies.
Guests are advised to review all itinerary details, travel dates, passenger details, hotel arrangements and included services carefully before confirming the booking.
Final vouchers and service confirmations will be issued after completion of the required booking formalities and payments.
NXT TRAVZO PVT LTD will provide reasonable assistance in case of unforeseen circumstances; however, services affected by events beyond our reasonable control will remain subject to the policies and availability of the respective service providers.
Cancellation Policy
I. Booking confirmation is subject to the receipt of the required advance payment.
II. Cancellation made 45 days or more before the departure date will attract a deduction of 25% of the total tour cost.
III. Cancellation made 30 to 44 days before the departure date will attract a deduction of 50% of the total tour cost.
IV. Cancellation made 15 to 29 days before the departure date will attract a deduction of 75% of the total tour cost.
V. Cancellation made 14 days or less before the departure date, or in case of No Show, will attract 100% cancellation charges.
VI. Airfare, Train Tickets, Gondola Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa Charges, or any other non-refundable services booked in advance shall be charged as per the respective supplier's cancellation policy.
VII. Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges, convenience fees, or transaction charges are non-refundable.
VIII. Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 15–20 working days after receiving the refund from the respective suppliers.
IX. No refund will be provided for any unused services, missed meals, missed sightseeing, early departures, or any portion of the tour not utilized by the guest.
X. Aagam Holidays reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Fixed Group Departure due to insufficient participation or unavoidable operational reasons. Guests will be offered the option to join the next available departure or convert their booking to a FIT (Free Independent Traveller) package. Kindly note that FIT pricing, vehicle type, inclusions, and overall package cost may differ from the Group Departure package, and any additional cost arising due to such changes shall be payable by the guest.
XI. The cancellation policy may vary during peak seasons, festive departures, or special event departures. The applicable policy mentioned at the time of booking shall prevail.
Payment Policy
I. 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking confirmation.
II. The remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared 30 days prior to the departure date.
III. Bookings made within 30 days of the departure date will require 100% payment at the time of confirmation.
IV. Airfare, Gondola Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa Charges, or any other non-refundable services (if applicable) must be paid in full at the time of booking.
V. Booking confirmation is subject to the receipt of the required payment and the availability of services.
VI. Failure to make payment within the specified timelines may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and applicable cancellation charges will apply.
VII. Any applicable Debit Card, Credit Card, Payment Gateway, UPI, or other online transaction charges levied by the payment service provider shall be borne by the guest.
VIII. Payments can be made via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque (subject to realization), or any other mode accepted by Aagam Holidays.
IX. GST and any other applicable Government taxes shall be charged as per prevailing Government regulations.
X. Any increase in Government taxes, fuel surcharge, entry fees, local union charges, or other statutory levies after the date of booking shall be borne by the guest.
XI. Tour vouchers, hotel confirmations, transport details, and other travel documents will be released only after the receipt of 100% payment.
