What is the cancellation policy?

30 days or more before arrival: 30% of total package cost will be charged.. 15 to 29 days before arrival: 50% of total package cost will be charged.. Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: No refund applicable.. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 10–15 working days from cancellation request.

Arrive in Hanoi and complete the transfer to your hotel. Standard check-in time is 2 pm, so you can settle in and freshen up before starting the afternoon sightseeing. The city combines old-world charm with French colonial architecture, lively markets and lakes that give it a calm feel in the middle of all the activity. Your tour begins at Ba Dinh Square, the political center of the country, where the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Parliament House and Presidential Palace sit opposite each other. Continue to Tran Quoc Pagoda on West Lake, one of Hanoi’s oldest and most peaceful religious sites with a history of more than 1,500 years. Move toward Hoan Kiem Lake, visit the statue of King Ly Thai To and learn about the early foundations of Hanoi. End the day with an easy walk through the Old Quarter, where narrow lanes and old houses create a warm local atmosphere. Cyclo experience and Train Street visit included. Overnight in Hanoi.

The vehicle provided will be strictly as per the itinerary and agreed service schedule. Any additional sightseeing, extra usage, waiting time or deviation from the confirmed itinerary may attract additional charges.

AC may not operate in vehicles while travelling through hilly areas or where restricted by local regulations.

Any sightseeing or service missed due to late arrival, flight/train delays, weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, natural calamities or circumstances beyond our control will be subject to the respective supplier's/local operator's policy.

Hotel room categories, views, floors, adjoining rooms and specific room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Guests are requested to carry valid government-issued photo identification and all necessary travel documents throughout the journey.

Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles or other service-provider property by the guest will be payable directly by the guest.

Package rates are based on the services, travel dates and number of guests specified in the quotation. Any change in dates, number of guests, accommodation, transportation or itinerary may result in a revised package cost.

Any increase in government taxes, entry fees, fuel surcharges or other statutory charges after confirmation may be applicable as per actuals.

Cancellation, amendment and refund requests will be governed by the applicable hotel, airline, transport, activity, supplier and NXT TRAVZO PVT LTD policies.

Guests are advised to review all itinerary details, travel dates, passenger details, hotel arrangements and included services carefully before confirming the booking.

Final vouchers and service confirmations will be issued after completion of the required booking formalities and payments.

NXT TRAVZO PVT LTD will provide reasonable assistance in case of unforeseen circumstances; however, services affected by events beyond our reasonable control will remain subject to the policies and availability of the respective service providers.
