Important Notes
I. This is a Fixed Group Departure and all transfers & sightseeing will be operated on a Shared Vehicle Basis.
II. Guests are requested to strictly follow the reporting time mentioned by the Tour Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the tour.
III. Seats in the vehicle are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis and seat rotation may be followed during the tour.
IV. Check-in and Check-out will be as per the hotel's standard timings.
V. The itinerary may be rearranged due to weather conditions, road closures, local administration regulations or operational requirements without prior notice.
VI. Gulmarg Gondola Ride is subject to weather conditions and the availability of online tickets.
VII. Zero Point Excursion is optional and can be availed on a direct payment basis, subject to weather and road conditions.
VIII. Pony Ride to Thajiwas Glacier is optional and payable directly at the destination.
IX. Bota Pathri Excursion is optional and will be operated by a local Union Vehicle on a direct payment basis.
X. Pahalgam sightseeing will be conducted by the local Union Vehicle as private/shared tourist vehicles are not permitted beyond the taxi stand.
XI. Guests are advised to carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID during the tour.
XII. During winter, heavy snowfall may affect sightseeing or road accessibility. Services will operate as per local administration guidelines.
XIII. Any increase in Government taxes, entrance fees, or local union charges after booking shall be borne by the guest.
Cancellation Policy
I. Booking confirmation is subject to the receipt of the required advance payment.
II. Cancellation made 45 days or more before the departure date will attract a deduction of 25% of the total tour cost.
III. Cancellation made 30 to 44 days before the departure date will attract a deduction of 50% of the total tour cost.
IV. Cancellation made 15 to 29 days before the departure date will attract a deduction of 75% of the total tour cost.
V. Cancellation made 14 days or less before the departure date, or in case of No Show, will attract 100% cancellation charges.
VI. Airfare, Train Tickets, Gondola Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa Charges, or any other non-refundable services booked in advance shall be charged as per the respective supplier's cancellation policy.
VII. Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges, convenience fees, or transaction charges are non-refundable.
VIII. Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 15–20 working days after receiving the refund from the respective suppliers.
IX. No refund will be provided for any unused services, missed meals, missed sightseeing, early departures, or any portion of the tour not utilized by the guest.
X. Aagam Holidays reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Fixed Group Departure due to insufficient participation or unavoidable operational reasons. Guests will be offered the option to join the next available departure or convert their booking to a FIT (Free Independent Traveller) package. Kindly note that FIT pricing, vehicle type, inclusions, and overall package cost may differ from the Group Departure package, and any additional cost arising due to such changes shall be payable by the guest.
XI. The cancellation policy may vary during peak seasons, festive departures, or special event departures. The applicable policy mentioned at the time of booking shall prevail.
Payment Policy
I. 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking confirmation.
II. The remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared 30 days prior to the departure date.
III. Bookings made within 30 days of the departure date will require 100% payment at the time of confirmation.
IV. Airfare, Gondola Tickets, Train Tickets, Travel Insurance, Visa Charges, or any other non-refundable services (if applicable) must be paid in full at the time of booking.
V. Booking confirmation is subject to the receipt of the required payment and the availability of services.
VI. Failure to make payment within the specified timelines may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and applicable cancellation charges will apply.
VII. Any applicable Debit Card, Credit Card, Payment Gateway, UPI, or other online transaction charges levied by the payment service provider shall be borne by the guest.
VIII. Payments can be made via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque (subject to realization), or any other mode accepted by Aagam Holidays.
IX. GST and any other applicable Government taxes shall be charged as per prevailing Government regulations.
X. Any increase in Government taxes, fuel surcharge, entry fees, local union charges, or other statutory levies after the date of booking shall be borne by the guest.
XI. Tour vouchers, hotel confirmations, transport details, and other travel documents will be released only after the receipt of 100% payment.
